My kids loved Raihanna!!! It made my job a lot more easier in explaining Ramadan to my young children ages 5,3&2. We loved the part when Raihanna's mom explained that a crescent looks like a banana. Always searching for these unique cute little ways to explain things to my little ones. May Allah reward the author of this book. Such a great initiative for our kids. We can't wait for the next Raihanna book!
The kids and I have been anxiously waiting for this book to arrive since we ordered it two days ago. The second the mailman knocked on our door today, we grabbed the box out of his hands, tore it open, and instantly sat down to read it. We were not disappointed. The writing is superb, the illustrations are absolutely darling, and the lessons that were derived from the story are timeless. Note to author you have a LOT of work to do, Ayoob and Nusaybah are already asking for more Raihanna books )
