This was the total package for a perfect read. I have read some werewolf stories before but this one took me on a high and low journey. At times I found myself hold a tissue to my eyes and other times laughing out. Then I became angry and bitter. The fact to love and to loss is what I think is a great lesson from my read. Marrock was a loner and never did much for himself. He wondered around his life without care or fear. Who would be when he had so much power strength and money. He could have what he wanted and with who he wanted it with. But one night would cause him a change of pace, years of pain, and possible great loss. Taylor didn't think much of herself and her loyal friendship cause her great pain and years of suffering. She was trustworthy but guarded at the same time. Taylor had pain in her from her parents that she bared to herself deep inside. She had to learn to love all over again. Trust was the big distraction to Taylor and who could blame her.

Who would of thought that a plus size female would've gained the sight of the most attractive and powerful man in that area. It was all do their fate that night that their souls met. Marrock was a lifesaver once, twice and many times to Taylor. This book didn't spare anything in the readings. It had the beautiful damsel in distress, the gorgeous handsome hunk, the powerhouse rich man, true friendship, family loyalty and the perfect situation for mating love. Brilliantly writing to the very end. Writer Rose Wynters didn't drag the story on and on. The entire story went at a well guided pace and was which grabbed you from the beginning to the end. I only wish I would have found out the fate of Conner. Enjoy your reading!

I have to say this was a book I am glad to have read it was very exciting it had ALOT of fighting,loving, and sex . Because I love a good shifter story this one fit the bill. On to the next one.
I was not disappointed. This book was heart wrenching in the cruealty that was portayed towards the shifters. Ms Wynters doesn't use graphic details, but the fear and anger and other emotions expressed by the characters and the dialog brings the story to life.
I like Native American's and than this is a shape shifter so much the better and what he is hot of course. Really different story line, really liked it. You really need to read the books in order. I started with this one and it was good but then I went back and started with Book 1 and liked it more and then even reread it.
This read had me weep at both ends. I have been reading love stories since my dad gave me some for Christmas when I was sixteen. My love for romance haven't changed, only the type I read. This one ties my love of sexy shapeshifters and bad boys and Harleys. This is a very good read .it hits all my emotions. A hot and inspiring read
Due to her being captive unbeknowest to her lover for years, I love the way the "bond" between the couple stayed "cemented" even though they have not seen each other for a long time. At his rescue of her and the return to his home, the loyalty, love and healing between the couple strengthen each other through the renewal of their relationship. A second chance that has led to hope and bright future ahead between them through their love for each other.
I really enjoyed the second book in this series it has a excellent mystery and romance I love that the women have curvy bodies let's you know big girls are loveable too. I recommend this series to any shifters fan that love to go to that special place and read a good book this is it. I can't wait to read the other books in this series if book one and two are this good I know the other books in the series are also awesome.

This book was a great read. This is the 2nd book in the Wolf Town Guardian series, but it can easily be a stand-alone read. All the books in the series follow a similar formula. They all keep a good pace. The characters are well developed and very entertaining. There is romance, plenty of action, mystery, drama and intrigue. In all the books, a Wolf-shifter Guardian finds his mate. The mates are all women with troubled backgrounds, low self esteem and have issues with being fuller figured. But through it all the mated couple find happiness and live happily ever after. I just wish that the language used during the “love scenes” was a little more romantic and loving, instead it feels to me like the dialog is straight out of a porn movie. I loved the steamy imagery, but the dialog made me cringe every time in all 4 of the books. In this book the story is about Marrok and his mate Taylor. This book has it all and is a fantastic, enjoyable book to read. I enjoyed this series immensely and I will be looking out for more of this author’s work.
